Our primary focus is on producing high quality durum wheat semolina for pasta production.

As the owners and main grain suppliers to SFC we can control the whole supply chain from:

  1. Growing
  2. Storage
  3. Milling
  4. Delivery to an Australian Port

So unlike major producers we have a significant advantage in that we can maintain integrity & quality of our products.

We can also take our semolina through the pasta production phase due to a partnership with L’Abruzzese – an Adelaide company who specialise in the production of great tasting gourmet style pasta.

As well as semolina, we can also produce:
  • Split pulses
  • Red Lentils
  • Field Peas
  • Faba Beans
  • Narrow Leaf Lupins
